For this apartment in a former office building in the centre of Amsterdam at Keizersgracht a renovation was needed. We created an improved layout and a more sustainable installation for the basement with the main bed room and open bathroom. We reused as many as possible elements from the original plan including the steel doors and the exclusive sanitary objects and added custom made design cupboards.

It was a big challenge to have all the sanitary back into place in this lower basement area with a minimum amount of space but we succeeded to complete the whole renovation project in a very short time.
